Event FAQ

Where do I sign up for activities?
All activities at Thompson’s Point and State Theatre will be first come first serve.
Will there be a lineup schedule posted for the shows at Thompson’s Point?
Yes, we plan on releasing the daily schedule closer to OTO Weekend. Doors open at 3 pm and music starts at 3:30 pm both days. Saturday’s show will be over by 10 pm, and Sunday’s show will be over by 8:45 pm so you can make an early drive home for work on Monday morning!
Will there be Guster beer?
We’re working on it!
Are there any age restrictions?
On The Ocean is an all ages event.
How do you sign up to be a vendor?

We will be making 500 VIP tickets available for each day at Thompson’s Point. You can save money on your VIP tickets by purchasing a two day VIP pass.
Is there a discount for kids tickets?
Discounted kids tickets are available for Thompson’s Point, but there are no discounted kids tickets available for State Theatre. Admission for children under three is free at Thompson’s Point.
Are there any single day tickets for the August 11th concert at State Theatre?
Not at this time. The only way to get these tickets will be via the 3-day pass. If any tickets remain, they will be released in the days leading up to On The Ocean Weekend, but The State Theatre sold out quickly in 2022 so plan accordingly.
Should I really dress up for the concert at State Theatre?
Yes, dress up like it’s prom; As tacky or as fancy as you’d like.
Are there any kids tickets available for State Theatre?
No, due to the limited capacity of the venue, we are only able to sell adult tickets. However, kids tickets are available for Thompson’s Point.
Are there kids VIP tickets?
No, but children may accompany a guardian who has a VIP ticket into the VIP area.
